He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Project Management and serves as Safety Lead at Autry Technology Center. Rudy specializes in helping organizations enhance compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and develop future leaders. He is currently advancing his career through a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oklahoma. With expertise in bilingual training and cross-cultural leadership, he works with industries such as manufacturing, construction, and education to build accountable teams and lasting workplace success.
